Located near the Salmon River on Graves Creek Road just 10 miles south of Cottonwood, Idaho and not far from Grangeville. The area is rich in history and on the Camas Prairie. There are small towns dotted between the dry land farms separate by timbered ravines. The area is known to have a mild climate at a 1,600 foot elevation.
In Idaho County this property is in the heart of Idaho. Pine Bar on the Salmon River is located 2 miles down the road with a camp ground and boat launch. The river offers salmon, trout and steelhead fishing along with jet boating and rafting. The surrounding mountains in the Nez Perce National Forest and on state lands offer hunting, ATV adventures, horseback riding, hiking and snowmobiling. It is also close to the Hell Canyon Recreation area and the Snake River.
