North Elba Grazing Acres, Elba Idaho

Elba is located approximately 32± miles southeast of Burley, and 34± miles northeast of the Idaho/Utah border. Placing it directly in the middle of the cattle centric area of Southern Idaho, Cassia County. The Raft-River Valley has a ranching and pioneer heritage with notable marked parts of the historic Oregon Trail. Nowadays, it is home to both independent ranchers and large dairies. Elba is a very small town. However, they do have a church and a nice city park.

The North Parcel is 371± acres and fully fenced. Affording beautiful views of the Albion Mountains it is also is bordered by Sawtooth National Forest on the north side.

For 25 years the acreage has been utilized as cattle grazing ground by the current owner. Moreover, it is leased out to other area ranchers to provide income.
