Millstone Ranch is just a ten-mile drive west of Baker City, the county seat of Baker County, Oregon. This scenic ranch is located at the edge of the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, which the property fronts on three sides. It is situated at the foot of the Elkhorn Mountains, part of the Blue Mountain range. This area of northeastern Oregon is part of the rugged Columbia River Plateau, a drier area of the state east of the Cascade Range cut through by the Columbia River. The rugged mountains of this region provide endless opportunities for outdoor recreation such as skiing, hiking, and rafting.


At 296.94± deeded acres, this timbered horse and/or cattle ranch is bordered on three sides by United States National Forest land. The property is partially fenced with the 40± acres of irrigated pasture divided into four separate pastures and fully fenced in. The seller estimates 2.8 Million Board Feet of timber on the 250± acres of timber, of which 130± acres are uncut. Large portions of the property are wooded, and the land is mostly flat with some gentle sloping. Mill Creek runs the length of the property for just under a mile. The Wallowa-Whitman National Forest borders this ranch on three sides. A large grassy and park-like area extends in front of the lodge-style home.


The 7,000± square feet massive lodge-style home has an attached 4-car garage and a large paved driveway area.
