Hunting

Situated within Idaho Fish & Game’s Unit 10A, the area is known for it’s big game such as deer, elk, bear, and mountain lion. The current owners report that there is a healthy amount of elk, including bull elk, in the area. Over the last several years they have harvested a dozen elk each season. Also there is turkey, chuckar and grouse hunting.

The main home is a 2,100 sq. ft. manufactured home on a foundation with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home has an open floor plan with great views of the the property, especially from the covered patio. Original to the property the second home is slightly smaller with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
