Access from Lester Creek Road disperses into a few trails that are great for hiking, horseback riding, or ATV riding. The land sits adjacent to Boise National Forest and Bureau of Land Management. Which affords access to Goat Mountain area. Both draws features spring run-off water, alder trees and evergreens.
Located up on the bluff above Anderson Ranch Reservoir in Elmore County, approximately 7 miles to the small town of Pine, Idaho. The area is a haven for recreationists who want to enjoy fishing and hunting, hiking, ATV riding, and all the great things Idaho has to offer. There are other homes in the community, which consists of both full time and recreational residents. The community of Anderson Ranch Bluffs provides community water as well. The water stand pipe and the electric is at the entrance to the parcel just off Lester Creek Road.
