Fiddler Creek Ranch is located just over an hour southeast of Boise, Idaho, and 37 miles southeast of the Boise Airport. This ranch is located above the South Fork of the Boise River.


This property is accessed via Blacks Creek Road, a Forest Service road, through locked gates. There are three seasonal creeks that meander throughout the property: Big Fiddler Creek, Crank Creek, and Wood Cabin Creek. The grazing land is currently leased for income to a rancher who runs about 70 pairs and 3 bulls.  The property is almost fully fenced and entirely bordered by National Forest Lands. Additionally, there is a 1,264± square foot three-bedroom home built in 1980 on the property.

Fiddler Creek Ranch is just south of the South Fork of the Boise River, one of Southwest Idaho’s most famous stretches of river, this ranch is ideally suited for recreational and outdoor activities. This stretch of the river is home to a strong population of rainbow trout, whitefish, and bull trout.
