Location: Located in Malheur County near Cow Valley and the unincorporated town of Ironside, Oregon. This area is known for its cattle ranches and hunting. It is only 30 minutes from Unity, less than an hour from Vale, Oregon, and just over two hours from Boise, Idaho.  Good access off Bonita Road to the main highway heading to Ironside. Recreation: A veritable headquarters for hunters, located within the Oregon Fish & Wildlife Beulah (65) Hunt Unit. There are up to 4 Land Owner Preference tags available. Over recent years, the seller has harvested 19 elk of 6 points or more from his property. Other species that are present include Mule deer and bear. Along with big game hunting, there are several species of upland game birds; chuckar, sage hen, and sage grouse.
