Travel east of Weiser approximately 10 miles on Cove Road (which turns into Skow Road) into the foothills to view this property. There is easy access off of Skow Road. Weiser is a rural community with roots in farming and ranching. Weiser is home to the National Old-time Fiddle Contest and festival and the seat for Washington County. The property is adjacent to your-round Cove Creek which feeds directly into the Weiser River and is nearby BLM land and natural wetlands. Crane Creek Reservoir, Paddock Reservoir are in close proximity as well. The Boise airport is just over one hour drive east and the Oregon border is about the same going west.

The 769± acres consist of rolling grassland hills and several draws with seasonal and year-round water. The grasslands have been dry land farmed and in CRP in the past and could be utilized that way again. The land is currently being used as a hunting retreat. This year-round creek flows directly into the Weiser River. This tributary of the Snake River provides opportunities to fish for trout, catfish, and smallmouth bass just to name a few.
