LaGrande, OR which is approximately 55± miles west, is the closest commercial hub in the area. Wallowa County is considered to be the home to Hells Canyon National Recreation Area, which also is Wallowa Lake and the Eagle Cap Wilderness Area. Conveniently, this ranch is fully fenced and cross-fenced. This property is subject to a grazing lease that expires on 12/31/2025. There are 1,038.55± acres zoned Timber/Grazing, and 160± acres that are zoned Timber/Commercial. While a timber cruise has not been performed recently, marketable timber has been estimated at 3,000± MBF on 721 GIS mapped acres. Additionally, the property could yield 4 home sites (240 acres minimum lot size) on the portion zoned Timber/Grazing.

The property is located in MinamHunting Unit 60, with excellent deer, elk, and other big game hunting on this beautiful property. Also, it is eligible for Land Owner Preference hunting tags.
